What to Expect
All our pups are well socialized and desensitized to a variety of sounds, sights and noises. Puppies will require a period of time to adjust to their new setting. A pen and a crate will help keep your new pup safe and secure in their new environment. Morkie puppies are very intelligent, easy going and loving dogs. They do not require a large amounts of exercise which makes them perfect for a busy family. Like any breed of dog they will require training as they grow to become your special family companion.
We guarantee your puppy to be in good health on date of purchase. Country Lane Puppies 2 year health guarantees your new puppy against life threatening congenital defects causing death or necessary euthanasia within 24 months from date of birth. Buyer shall notify Country Lane Puppies within 72 hours of diagnosis of a life threatening congenital defect requiring euthanasia or death, accompanied by written reports from a licensed veterinarian confirming diagnosis. All reports, lab results and diagnostic imaging will be submitted to Country Lane Puppies. Country Lane Puppies will not be responsible for or assume any veterinary bills incurred by purchaser. In the event a puppy dies, the cause of death must be verified via autopsy by a licensed veterinarian to be a congenital defect at the purchaser’s expense. Country Lane Puppies reserves the right to request a second opinion from a licensed veterinarian. Both veterinarians must agree on the diagnosis for health guarantee claim. In the event of a life threatening congenital defect causing death or necessary imminent euthanasia a replacement puppy will be issued when available. Accidents and/or illness are not covered in this guarantee. Any puppy that is not spayed/neutered by 12 months of age or has been bred at any point will void this guarantee. We cannot guarantee size, colour, temperament, or training for any puppy.
